Privacy policy
Published 3 November 2026
Medisam Pty Ltd operates Albert Calendar. This policy explains how the integration handles personal information, including information obtained from Google Calendar.
Information accessed and used
When an authorised account connects, the app requests read-only access to calendar events. That permission can cover calendars the account can access; the integration is designed to retrieve events from one selected calendar. Google’s responses may include titles, dates, descriptions, locations, attendee details, links and other event information. Complete raw responses and parsed data are retained; the operational view displays a narrower selection. The information is used to provide private operational calendar views.
Storage and access
Information is stored in Sydney, NSW, and backups and logs in Australia. It is intended for authorised users and restricted operational access. No downstream data service receives it as part of this integration. Google may process data elsewhere under its terms. The public information pages are hosted by Cloudflare.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for the period required by applicable law and otherwise only as long as needed for its authorised purpose. When it is no longer required and deletion is legally permitted, it will be securely deleted or de-identified, including retained backup copies, subject to any applicable legal hold.
Disconnect or request deletion
You can revoke the app’s access through your Google Account. Revocation stops future authorised access but does not itself delete retained copies. To request access, correction or deletion, email albert@behaviour.ai. We will assess the request against applicable legal requirements and respond.
